From solstice to equinox, this small-group cohort supports sustainability and nonprofit professionals in clarifying direction, strengthening relationships, and translating intention into meaningful career momentum and improved livelihood. Blending high-level leadership and career coaching with nature-based reflection and seasonal intelligence, the cohort supports both strategic professional development and deeper personal alignment. The focus is practical and applied: clearer decisions, stronger pathways, better opportunities, and the ability to move toward work that is both meaningful and financially sustainable. Limited to 6 participants, the cohort creates a consistent peer container for reflection, shared strategy, and sustained follow-through across the season.

The program includes two 90-minute nature-based group sessions (Sunday afternoons, June 14 and September 13) and three personalized 60-minute coaching sessions scheduled flexibly (Zoom, in-person, or nature-based). Individual sessions focus on professional pathway clarity, strategic action planning, accountability, and intentional relationship-building—helping participants identify and activate real-world opportunities, networks, and next steps.
